We are hoping to one day have all foundation mares, with color, good pedigrees and broke to ride. 

We treat our mares kindly, with up to date health care, plenty of hay in the winter, pasture all the time, fresh clear water, and the protection of our stallion.  We have gotten several mares that were standoffish or difficult to work with initially, but our patient, gentle handling has so far won over these mares and they soon become our good friends.  We believe that this treatment is, in part, what makes our foals so easy to handle.
